The decision: work inside documents or across assistants?
Notion’s AI page describes an agent that works in pages and databases, plus Custom Agents that run from triggers or schedules. Custom Agents use credits, which administrators manage separately from the project’s content. If your brief, meeting notes and task database already live in Notion, starting there avoids recreating their structure. Flori is worth a trial when you want your existing assistants to share a compact project brief and next task. It adds another record to maintain; it does not reproduce a Notion workspace.

Try a document-to-task handoff
- Choose one Notion page you can share. Write a short, verified summary in a Flori project description and add the page’s source link.
- Add a task with the decision that matters and the next action. Keep information that changes often in the original page and identify it as the source.
- In Settings → Connections choose ChatGPT. Add the custom connection using Flori’s copied address, finish sign-in with this project and update access, then select Flori in the work chat.
- Ask the assistant to read the Flori brief and name any missing context. The assistant needs separate access to read the linked Notion page.
- Save a confirmed decision, open a fresh session and verify that it can retrieve it. Check Saved from your assistants on the website.
