The project manager for your AI agents

By Aleksandar Perak, founder · Published · Updated

Agentic project management gives your assistants a shared plan to work from. Flori provides project management for AI agents: save the brief, decisions and next step so work can continue in another session.

What is a project manager for AI agents?

A project manager for AI agents is a shared record of goals, tasks, decisions and results that people and authorized assistants can use together. It gives an assistant a place to read the current plan and save what happened before another session begins.

Flori is that record in your browser. Use it to manage projects yourself, or connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex or Grok through supported connections. You choose the workspace or project and whether an assistant can read or update it.

A handoff you can check

  1. Write a short project brief and the next task in Flori.
  2. Ask a connected assistant to read the brief before starting.
  3. Have it save decisions, results, blockers and the next step.
  4. Open Flori to check the saved work, then continue with another connected assistant.

This suits solo builders, freelancers and small teams who switch between planning, writing and coding. Saved context helps the next session start from an agreed record; it does not guarantee that an assistant will read everything or act correctly.

Frequently asked questions

What is Flori?

Flori offers agentic project management: project management for AI agents. It keeps projects, tasks, decisions and next steps in a shared workspace that you and your connected assistants can read and update.

Who is Flori for?

Flori is for people managing projects with AI assistants, including solo builders, freelancers and small teams. You can work in the browser and let an authorized assistant pick up the saved context.

How do AI assistants connect to Flori?

In Flori, open Settings → Connections and choose your assistant. Follow its setup guide, sign in, and choose which workspace or project it can read or update. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor and Codex have connection options. Availability depends on your assistant’s plan and settings.

Does Flori remember every conversation automatically?

Flori keeps the context you or your assistant save to it. A connector does not import unrelated chats or guarantee every update. With Keep work updated enabled, connected assistants can save relevant progress; check confirmed saves in Flori.

A concrete planning-to-coding handoff

  1. Create a project called Website release. In its description, record the goal, the pages to include and the decision that publishing requires your review.
  2. Add a task called Draft the release page, with a link to the approved brief. Put the acceptance condition in its notes: a reviewable draft and a list of open questions.
  3. Open Settings → Connections and connect the assistant you use for planning. At Flori sign-in, choose this project and Read and update tasks. Enable Flori in the work chat.
  4. Ask the assistant to read the project and draft task, then save the agreed outline and unresolved questions to that task.
  5. Connect your coding assistant to the same project. Ask it to retrieve the saved outline before editing. Check the result in Saved from your assistants, then use What changed → AI changes to inspect the update.

This is a suggested exercise, not a customer success story. It tests whether a second assistant can recover an actual decision, rather than merely find a task title.

When a shared record adds work

Someone still has to keep the brief accurate and decide which results deserve saving. If a single chat already contains everything you need, adding another record may add maintenance. Flori is more useful when work crosses sessions or assistants and an agreed next step would otherwise be lost. For an engineering team already delegating Linear issues, keeping that issue as the main record may be simpler.

Linear says “delegate entire issues end-to-end”. Source checked October 16, 2026.
