Connect ChatGPT to your project board
Keep the plan in ChatGPT and the agreed work in Flori. Read a project brief, suggest tasks, and return to the same saved record in another chat.
Connect ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT on the web. In Settings → Apps, choose Create. Your workspace may call this Plugins or require an admin.
- Name the app Flori, paste the address below, choose sign-in and scan the available actions.
- Sign in to Flori and allow access. Finish creating the app, then select Flori in a new ChatGPT message.
Custom apps depend on your plan and workspace settings. Updates currently require Business or Enterprise/Edu; other eligible plans may support reading only. If Create is missing, use the help below.

At sign-in, review the workspace, project, and access level. You can choose read-only access and revoke the connection in Flori.

Open the saved task in Flori to check the result. Your assistant needs update access to save; read-only access can only read.

Does this work in every ChatGPT account?
Custom app availability and write access depend on your plan and workspace settings. The setup flow explains the supported option and offers help if Create is missing.
What does Flori keep?
Flori keeps the project brief, tasks, decisions, and results that you or an authorized assistant save. A connection does not import unrelated conversations or guarantee that every chat saves an update.
How can I check that work was saved?
Open the task or saved activity in Flori and compare the result with what you agreed. A copied prompt or an assistant saying “done” is not proof of a saved change.
