Flori guides / Granola

Turn Granola notes into reviewed tasks

Keep the meeting notes in Granola and the agreed next steps in the project. Flori shows the source quote so you can check each proposed action.

Open Meeting Inbox

From recap to project tasks

  1. In Flori, open Inbox → Private captures → Connect meetings, choose Granola and select a destination project.
  2. Enter your Granola API key. Your Granola plan must support API access. Flori checks recent updates starting with the preceding UTC day; this is not a complete history import.
  3. Use Check now or wait for scheduled processing. Open the saved private recap and review its actions, quotes, owners and dates.
  4. Approve the selected tasks. Ready for AI stays off, and the approval has one composite Undo. Paste recap is also available without an API key.

What stays private

The saved recap, source quotes, Decision candidates, and update draft stay private. Review the task text you choose to share with the project. Adding tasks does not send an email or publish a client update.

If the recap needs your AI

Your AI may help interpret an unclear recap using its own authorized source access. Select and review the source and any proposed tasks before adding work to the project.

Granola API documentation describes the provider’s API; it is separate from this manual workflow.

One project record, across your work

Flori brings agentic project management to a shared project record: project management for AI agents and the people who review their work.

Questions

Do I need a Granola API key?

Native sync requires an API key and provider API access. Paste recap needs neither. Connection status distinguishes the last provider check from the last recap actually saved.

What happens when a meeting note changes?

A changed source creates a new private review version. Earlier snapshots stay available, and actions already approved cannot be added again unless their earlier approval is undone. Existing project tasks are not silently changed or removed.

What does Flori keep?

Flori keeps the project brief, tasks, decisions, and results that you or an authorized assistant save. A connection does not import unrelated conversations or guarantee that every chat saves an update.

How can I check that work was saved?

Open the task or saved activity in Flori and compare the result with what you agreed. A copied prompt or an assistant saying “done” is not proof of a saved change.
