Turn Fireflies notes into reviewed tasks

Turn the useful parts of a Fireflies recap into a small, reviewable task batch. Keep the source private until you deliberately share task text.

Open Meeting Inbox

From recap to project tasks

  1. In Flori, open Inbox → Private captures → Connect meetings, then choose Fireflies and a destination project.
  2. Enter your Fireflies API key and V2 webhook signing secret. After verification, copy the displayed webhook URL into Fireflies for the meeting.summarized event, using the same signing secret.
  3. When a recap arrives, open its private capture. Review source quotes and edit the proposed titles, owners and dates. A saved connection alone does not confirm delivery.
  4. Approve the selected tasks. Ready for AI stays off. Quotes stay private, and the approval has one composite Undo. Paste recap remains available without connecting a provider.

What stays private

The saved recap, source quotes, Decision candidates, and update draft stay private. Review the task text you choose to share with the project. Adding tasks does not send an email or publish a client update.

If the recap needs your AI

Your AI may help interpret an unclear recap using its own authorized source access. Select and review the source and any proposed tasks before adding work to the project.

Fireflies webhook documentation describes the provider’s API; it is separate from this manual workflow.

One project record, across your work

Flori brings agentic project management to a shared project record: project management for AI agents and the people who review their work.

Questions

Does opening this page connect Fireflies?

No. Connect in your signed-in private Inbox and finish the V2 webhook setup in Fireflies. Connection status separately shows the last recap saved. Native delivery needs an API-enabled provider account; real-account delivery is not established by simply saving the key.

Does a meeting automatically create tasks or start an AI?

No. Incoming summaries become private captures. You select and approve the task text to share with the project. Sending work to an AI is a separate step.

What does Flori keep?

Flori keeps the project brief, tasks, decisions, and results that you or an authorized assistant save. A connection does not import unrelated conversations or guarantee that every chat saves an update.

How can I check that work was saved?

Open the task or saved activity in Flori and compare the result with what you agreed. A copied prompt or an assistant saying “done” is not proof of a saved change.
