A CRM that stays current because the work lives next to it

Accounts, people, deals and leads sit on the same record as the projects they turn into. Your own Claude or ChatGPT can update it after every call, so the pipeline is still right in March.

Why small teams stop updating their CRM

  1. It sits apart from the work

The deal closes in the CRM, the project starts somewhere else, and nobody goes back to the CRM until the renewal is already late.

  2. It was built for a sales floor

Sequences, forecasts and a seat for every rep. A three-person studio needs a pipeline, a client list and the notes from the last call.

  3. Typing it in is nobody’s job

Call notes stay in a notebook or a chat. Three weeks later the stage is wrong and the next step is a guess.

Accounts and people

Every company you sell to or work for, with the people you talk to, their roles, and every deal, project, document and email linked back to it.

  • Lifecycle, owner and domain on each account
  • Saved views for active clients, renewals due or one campaign’s leads
  • Import a CSV to start from your spreadsheet

A pipeline where winning starts the work

Deals move from first conversation to won or lost with a value and the people involved. When one is won, create a delivery project from a template, link the deal and check the agreed scope in its brief.

Leads stay apart until they are real

Inquiries land as leads, not as clients, so your client list stays honest. Convert one to an account and a deal when it qualifies. Website forms drop inquiries straight in.

Forms: Core and up

Email on the record, details filled in

Connect Gmail and send from the account, so the thread sits beside the deal it belongs to. Company details fill in for you, and intent signals and research lists show who to contact next.

Enrichment and intent signals: Premium

Invoices and payments, recorded

Record the invoices you sent and the payments that came in, and track the value of finished work apart from cash. Flori records them; your invoicing tool still sends them.

Premium

Your assistant keeps it current. You sign off.

Fictional example: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor or Codex work in the CRM over a connection you approve, on the plan you already pay for.

  1. After a call

Paste your notes. The assistant saves the decisions to the deal and creates the follow-up tasks.

  2. Monday morning

Ask which deals went quiet this week and get a short check-in drafted for each.

  3. Before a renewal

Get a brief: open tasks, hours logged and what the client approved last quarter.

  4. You approve

Changes can wait in a review queue, and every save shows which assistant made it.

Questions

Is the Flori CRM free?

Yes. Free includes accounts, people, deals and leads for up to 200 customer records, with unlimited people in the workspace. Core removes the record limit.

Can Claude or ChatGPT update the CRM?

Yes. Connect it once, choose one project or the whole workspace, and choose read-only or update access. It works on every plan and runs on your own AI plan, with no Flori AI credits.

Can I import my contacts?

Yes. Import a CSV of deals or accounts, or start from a spreadsheet you already keep.

Does it replace HoneyBook or Dubsado?

Not for contracts, invoices or booking. Many freelancers keep one of those for paperwork and run clients and projects in Flori. See HoneyBook vs Dubsado.
