Terms of use
These terms cover the Flori project-management service at useflori.com and its connectors. Flori is operated by Aleksandar Perak. Contact: aleksandar.perak33@gmail.com.
Your account and work
You are responsible for keeping your password, recovery code, and connection credentials secure. Use Flori only for lawful purposes and only with content and accounts you have authority to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace, disrupt the service, or bypass access controls.
You retain your rights to the content you add. You permit Flori and its service providers to process that content to operate the features you use, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your workspace in Settings and request account deletion through support.
Assistants and connected services
You choose which services to connect and what access to grant. Their separate terms and fees apply. A connection does not grant permission for every possible action. Review AI-generated drafts and outputs before relying on or publishing them. Flori’s background runner can triage and draft; external actions require their own tools and authorization.
Connector availability can depend on a provider’s plan, administrator controls, review, or service changes. A working custom connection does not imply approval or listing in a provider’s public directory.
Costs and changes
Flori does not collect payment through its current website or connectors. If paid Flori features are introduced, their price and terms will be presented before purchase. Optional AI functionality uses your own model-provider account and may incur that provider’s charges. Flori’s spending limits are usage controls, not a guarantee of the provider’s final bill.
Availability and responsibility
Flori is an evolving service. Features may change or be interrupted, and error-free operation or recovery of all data cannot be guaranteed. Keep exports of important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Access may be suspended when necessary to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Contact support if you have questions or want to stop using the service.
