Do I pay for AI?
No, on any plan. Flori is built for the AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or Grok run on your own plan, and drafting inside Flori can use your own Anthropic or xAI key. Flori sells no AI credits, and connected assistants never count as people you pay for.
Who counts as a person I pay for?
You and the teammates who can edit. Connected assistants, clients on a client page, viewers and project guests are free.
What do I get on Free?
Unlimited people, one company, up to 3 active projects and 200 customer records (accounts and people), with tasks, docs, your CRM, your own AI connected and the review queue. Core removes the limits and adds client pages, forms and integrations; Premium adds several companies, automations, intent and research, roles and admin, revenue tracking and webhooks.
Is it month to month?
Yes. Core and Premium bill monthly and you can cancel any time from Manage billing in Settings. Yearly billing gives you two months free. People added mid-month are prorated.
What happens if I downgrade or go over a Free limit?
Nothing is deleted. You can still open, edit and archive everything; Flori only stops you adding a project or record past the limit, or changing a paid feature, until you upgrade.

Yes, for companies of 25 or more people: volume pricing, onboarding and migration, invoice billing and a named support contact. Email support@useflori.com.
