A sales pipeline template for AI agents
Apply agentic project management to a sales pipeline you can review yourself. This manual template for project management for AI agents keeps each opportunity’s confirmed context, owner and next action together.
This is a copyable project template, not an automatic CRM import or a one-click installer. Create a project in Flori, paste the brief into its description, then add the tasks below. Replace every bracketed field with information you have verified.

- Agree qualification criteria. Record the offer, fit criteria and who approves changes.
- Review the opportunity list. Add one task per opportunity using the template above. Verify sources and record unknowns.
- Prepare discovery. Add subtasks for questions, relevant background and the proposed meeting goal.
- Draft the proposal. Depend on the discovery task. Keep it open until the owner reviews the draft.
- Review the decision. Record the actual response and agreed next step. A draft follow-up is not a sent message.
- Close or continue. Record the result and its evidence; keep a next action for work that remains open.
Prompt: review the pipeline
Read my Flori workflow and this sales project. Find open opportunity tasks, read their notes and group them by the stage recorded there. Flag missing sources, overdue actions and unclear owners. Suggest the next actions; do not invent contact details or mark outreach as sent.Prompt: prepare a follow-up
Read the opportunity task and linked context available to you. Draft a follow-up based on the last confirmed interaction. Save the draft or a link and the next review step in Flori. Leave sending to me unless I separately authorize it through an available sending tool.Prompt: save a handoff
Save a concise update to this Flori task: confirmed stage, new decision, result, blocker, next action and relevant links. Preserve existing notes. Mark done only when the agreed outcome happened and record the evidence.Make it useful week to week
Use Flori due dates for agreed next actions and task notes for the opportunity stage. Let the assistant prepare summaries and drafts, then review them. The assistant connection does not send outreach email, and copying this template does not connect a CRM.
Set up the project and assistant
- Create a project named Sales pipeline. Paste the brief above into its description, replacing the placeholders with your actual offer, owner and qualification rules.
- Add one task per opportunity. Put stage and source details in task notes; Flori’s task status tracks work completion, not a dedicated CRM stage field.
- Open Settings → Connections and connect your planning assistant. Use the displayed setup steps, complete Flori sign-in with this project and Read and update tasks, and enable it in the work chat.
- Turn on Keep work updated and add Flori’s standing instruction to that chat. Run the pipeline-review prompt above.
- Check the saved update in Flori. Review any proposed next action before adding a due date or asking someone to contact the prospect.
Salesforce says “identify next steps and any roadblocks or delays”. Source checked October 16, 2026.
Example: a discovery task without an invented forecast
Illustrative example: an opportunity’s notes say “Discovery requested; budget unknown; source: approved meeting notes.” The next task is “Prepare discovery questions,” owned by the person who will review them. Completion means the questions are reviewed, not that the opportunity is qualified or revenue is likely. After a real call, record the confirmed need and the agreed next action; leave unanswered questions explicit.
This manual template suits a small list that you can review directly. It has no deal-value rollups, sales forecast or automatic CRM synchronization. Keep a dedicated CRM if you need those controls. The assistant connection manages project records; sending outreach needs a separate authorized tool. A follow-up draft is not evidence of a sent email.
