Flori as an Agiflow alternative
Agiflow and Flori both offer agentic project management for people working with assistants. To choose project management for AI agents, test how each carries a decision from planning to coding and shows you the saved result.

Where the products overlap
Agiflow’s homepage says it keeps tasks, decisions and next steps for people and approved assistants. That is meaningful overlap with Flori, so a slogan does not settle the choice. Compare how each product retrieves a specific decision, controls access and records a result you can inspect.

Agiflow’s public board example separates work awaiting human review from completed work, and its task history shows changes attributed to different assistants. Those examples suggest a useful test: check whether you can trace a decision and its review in your own project. We have not tested a private Agiflow account. In Flori, you can inspect Saved from your assistants and What changed → AI changes. Neither a marketing example nor an activity badge proves your task reached the requested outcome.
A reversible Flori trial
- Copy one non-sensitive project brief manually into Flori and link to its original Agiflow record. Identify which record remains authoritative during the trial.
- Add a single task with an owner, the latest confirmed decision and an evidence requirement for completion.
- Open Settings → Connections and choose Claude. Follow the displayed custom connection steps, sign in with this project and update access, then enable Flori in your chat.
- Ask Claude to read the task and save an agreed next step. Check the save in Flori before ending the chat.
- Connect your coding assistant to the same project and ask it to recover the next step. Compare the answer with the record, then decide whether the extra record helped.
There is no claimed Agiflow importer or two-way synchronization. Manual copying can omit attachments, history and permissions. Keep the original project until the trial is useful, and avoid maintaining two competing task statuses after deciding.
