Connections / Grok & Grok Bot

Keep the progress.
Pick up the next step.

Use Flori from Grok to find work, save decisions, and continue a project without rebuilding its context.

Live custom MCP connector

Connect once

  1. Open Grok Plugins → Connectors, then choose New Connector → Custom.
  2. Name the connection Flori and paste the URL below.
  3. Sign in to Flori and choose read-only or update access to your workspace or one project.
  4. Enable Flori in your work chat. Ask it to read your workflow preference and find the task you want to continue.

Three useful starting points

Copy the three workflow recipes ↓

Keep work updated

Turn on Keep work updated in Flori → Connections → Assistants, then copy the one-time instruction into your Grok work chat or bot instructions. Keep Flori enabled and review the host’s tool permissions. The assistant saves through explicit tool calls; connecting alone does not watch every conversation.

A confirmed live test on October 15, 2026 created, updated, completed, and read back a synthetic task through the Grok app. Local Codex hooks were also tested with an isolated workspace. These tests do not guarantee every future model turn or host configuration.

Already use Notion or Jira?

Keep your existing document or ticket as the source of truth. When that service is also connected to your assistant, ask it to read the specific item you choose and save a short, linked handoff in Flori. Flori currently stores context and source links; it does not directly synchronize Notion databases or Jira issues. Updates back to those systems require their own connected tools and your authorization.

Grok Bot marketplace

The custom connector works without a public listing. The marketplace application is being prepared; Flori is not yet approved or publicly listed. The publisher form offers Grok Bot and Cursor distribution and labels Grok marketplace distribution as coming soon. That is separate from Grok’s working custom connectors.

Usage and privacy

Using Flori in Grok uses your Grok account. It does not require a Flori model API key. Optional background drafting in Flori uses its separately configured provider and budget. Private Google captures and meeting briefs are not returned through MCP unless you deliberately save their content into task context. Privacy · Terms · Support.
