# Flori

> A CRM with project management for freelancers, solo builders, small agencies, consultants, startups and small teams, worked on by the AI assistants they already use.

Flori keeps customers (accounts, people, deals, leads), projects, tasks, docs and decisions on one record. People and their authorized assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI) read and update it over remote MCP. A task marked Ready for AI is claimed by one assistant, its result waits in a review queue, and every save shows which assistant made it. Flori sells no AI credits: assistants run on the user's own plan or key. Flori has a free plan; Core $12 and Premium $29 per person a month billed monthly, or $10 and $24 billed yearly, and assistants never count as seats. It is designed primarily for small teams of one to twenty people. Larger teams can ask about the custom Enterprise plan described on the pricing page. Flori calls this agentic project management: project management for AI agents and the people who direct them.

**How assistants connect.** Use remote MCP at https://useflori.com/mcp with OAuth and dynamic client registration (PKCE). Sign in to Flori and choose a workspace or one project, with read-only or update access. ChatGPT, Claude and Grok have custom connection flows; Cursor and Codex CLI support remote MCP. Host plans, settings and administrator controls can limit availability. Token-only clients can use a scoped manual connection token stored in their secret settings.

A connector does not import unrelated conversations. With Keep work updated enabled and update access granted, an assistant can save relevant decisions, progress, blockers and next steps through Flori tools. Check confirmed saves in Flori. The coding and Cursor packages do not request end-of-turn save checks. Their setup is documented in the connection guides.

## Availability and boundaries
- [Connection availability and boundaries](https://useflori.com/agent-instructions.md): As of October 2026, custom connections are available for supported hosts; public assistant directory listings are pending. Muse has no verified public setup flow and its availability notice is excluded from the sitemap. Google data-access review is pending. Shared workspaces and project invitations have separate access controls. Flori MCP tools manage workspace records; the connector does not send email, publish content or write calendar events. Optional background AI uses a separate model-provider connection; the MCP connector workflow does not require a model API key.
